It is part of the town of Loiri and it stands in an old military mole that works as a link to Tavolara and from which some touristic boats sail to the island of Tavolara, to where it is possible to see amazing landscapes. The best places to see are the beaches of Punta Don Diego and Costa Dorata in the south, and the village of Costa Corallina has an equipped Marina in the north. The beaches are all small and divided by low pink granitic reefs. They are an exception the wide sands in the south cost of Porto San Paolo.
