The residence has an exclusive location, just 500 m away from Palau city centre and its services, just 20 minutes away with ferry boat from the Isle of La Maddalena and its beautiful Marine Park and just 30 minutes away by car from the famous Costa Smeralda. The beach (150 m)is sourrounded by a thick pineweood, the ideal place for picnics and long walks through the beautiful islands of Santo Stefano and La Maddalena. The Apartments are carefully furnished and can be set on the ground floor, with equipped patio, or on the first floor with equipped veranda. Each room has TV, microwave. 75 % from 9 and 3 days before the beginning of the stay;
100 % from 2 days before the beginning of the stay if no-show;
